Sports psychology is the study of understanding how an athlete’s mind, thoughts, and processes interact with their performance in sport. By better understanding the athletes ‘mind’, we can find better ways to optimse their performance.

As the world of psychology is very complex, our aim is to simplify that science so that coaches, athletes, and everybody else can understand how to use sports psychology in order to improve sports performance.
